Jenness Beach | Fine Art Print

In this painting of Jenness Beach, NH, I wanted to capture the hazy misty salt breeze, the sky colored reflections of the tide pools, and the stoic beach houses in the distance.

I also wanted to suggest the movement of the figures - there's always someone trotting toward the waves with a surfboard, playing in the sand in the shallow pools, or taking a quiet beach stroll. In the summer I am sometimes lucky enough to be one of those people, which was the inspiration for this painting.
