Portsmouth Tugs | Fine Art Print (Copy)

I just love the character of these tugboats! At any given time there are three, sometimes four of them docked on the Portsmouth waterfront, or perhaps you'll see them zipping around patrolling and helping other boats in the harbor. I love how the evening light wraps around their hulls and bounces around in the shadows of the waterfront buildings, reflecting off the water and windows.
